Identification Required for Notary Services. Bring one of the following to your appointment:

• State-Issued Driver’s License
• State-Issued ID Card
• United States Military ID
• United States Passport
• Foreign Passports Stamped by United States Customs

Note: Identification must be valid and unexpired.

We do not notarize:

• Any documents from Vital Records (birth, marriage, or death certificates)
• Documents from a court
• Documents from the State Corporation Commission
• Federal government documents
